Escape games are designed to be solved by groups of two or more people. Our recommendation is to not play alone. It may hinder the experience.

From our experience, the perfect number for playing a escape room is four. We understand that some people gather with larger groups, so we offer the posibility to play up to six people due to the area of our games. In any case, we think that five or six people may not fully enjoy the experience, so we don´t take in larger groups. The only solution that we can find is to split your group.

There is no problem in including an additional player in the game. Give us an email to take it into account and we will ask you to pay the difference in cash when you arrive in our room. It is the only exception for a cash payment.

The concept of our games is the terror. We have done everything in our hands to find a balance between moments of tension and fear, and moments of calm to solve the puzzles that we propose. In the end, this is a escape room, not a mystery or haunted house experience.

We also know that not everyone enjoys the games with some tension and fear. We would like to offer the possibility to enjoy the game skiping the more spooky surprises in the room. We cannot change the ambience, but we can reduce the levels of tension that you may experience.

Our games are designed exclusively for an adult audience. Due to the complexity of some of the puzzles and the theme of our escapes, we think that a kid may not enjoy the experience fully.

There´s no problem. There´s some emergency keys or buttons to exit the escape in any moment. The game master will supervise all of the session and will help you if you feel anxious, sick or you aren´t enjoying the game.

We fully recommend to arrive about ten minutes before the hour stated in the reservation. Keep in mind that you will lose the reservation if you arrive more than fifteen minutes late.
